What is Connection Coaching?
This is hands-on, solutions-focused work for understanding yourself and improving the way you connect and relate with others. It includes somatic, embodiment, touch and movement-based practices and coaching techniques.
Embodied, relational activities are powerful tools. They focus our attention on internal qualities, attitudes and behaviours. We can feel what does and doesn’t work. By introducing practices and perspectives, we can refine and transform what isn’t working.
What are the benefits of Connection Coaching?

How does Connection Coaching work?
The first step is a free consultation call to establish your fundamental needs and determine if Connection Coaching is a good fit.
I recommend an initial block of two months: four 1.5 hour sessions, one every 2 weeks.
The first session focuses on establishing a comfortable working relationship, understanding and assessing the baseline, and setting goals.
From the second session, we agree on a strategy and begin in-depth work on specific challenges and barriers.
At the end of the initial block of sessions, we may decide to conclude or extend the work.
Single sessions are also possible.
How much does a session cost?
A 1 hour session is £75. 1.5 hours are £110. 2 hours are £140 and every additional half hour costs £30.
How does a session work?
Each session starts with grounding and embodiment.
Then we review your goals. What problems do you want to work on? How have these been for your recently?
The content of a session is highly personalized. The specific activities and flow depend on your unique qualities and the challenges you face.
Connection Coaching practices are drawn from Dance, Contact Improv, AcroYoga, partner acrobatics, natural movement, yoga, meditation, nervous system regulation, embodiment, somatics, tantra, Wheel of Consent, Authentic Relating, Circling, Non Violent Communication and more.
In a session, We work methodically through the agreed activities, reviewing and reflecting as we go, and extracting lessons to take back to the real world.
At the end, we set specific “homework” tasks based on these lessons, to be reviewed next session, and close with an embodiment meditation to integrate the experience in the body.
