A path to integrity, confidence, and connection
What is Consent Coaching?
OK, you made some mistakes. You are still a human being who has value.
You regret the harm done. You want to improve yourself.
Don’t let this story define you. Feel supported to learn and grow with consent coaching.
Every person’s journey is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. This is practical support to “do the work.” It includes emotional support, guidance, practical support, and accountability.
What are the benefits of Consent Coaching?

How does Consent Coaching work?
The first step is a free consultation call to establish your fundamental needs and determine if Consent Coaching is a good fit.
Sessions take place in person or via video call, depending on what best supports the work. Some aspects of coaching, particularly those involving relational practices, can only be done in person.
I recommend an initial block of two months: four 1.5 hour sessions, one every 2 weeks.
The first session focuses on establishing a comfortable working relationship, understanding and assessing the baseline, and setting goals.
From the second session, we agree on a strategy and begin in-depth work on specific challenges and barriers.
At the end of the initial block of sessions, we may decide to conclude or extend the work.
What is a successful outcome?
Every person’s situation and needs are unique. Some examples of possible outcomes:
-
Deeper self-awareness
-
Greater emotional intelligence
-
Increased self-confidence
-
More comfortable and less anxious relating
-
Better, more wholesome and consensual interactions
-
More fulfilling, trusting, expansive relationships
-
Healing and repair from past consent accidents
-
Restored trust from communities and leaders
-
Safer and more inclusive communities
-
Integrity in leadership and influence
What happens during a session?
Each session begins with embodiment practices and a check-in, allowing you to land in your body for the session.
The coaching journey moves through several key phases, tailored to your individual needs:
-
Exploring key concepts around consent, power, trauma, and relationships.
-
Learning and practicing communication and consent techniques.
-
Reviewing progress, setting goals, and making adjustments.
-
Receiving emotional support in a structured and safe environment.
This process is designed to help you gain clarity, develop new skills, and move forward with confidence and integrity.
A 1.5 hour session is £100. 2 hours are £120. 2.5 hours are £150.
How much does a session cost?

If these examples resonate with you, then
Consent Coaching is a space for self-reflection, learning, and growth. However, it is NOT a suitable service for:
People with a history of sexual violence, ongoing investigations, or criminal behavior
If this applies to you, I strongly encourage seeking professional legal, psychological, or restorative justice support.
Individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges or instability
If you are struggling with your mental well-being, I recommend reaching out to a qualified therapist or medical professional who can provide the right kind of support.
People who are not engaged in the process
Consent coaching requires active participation, openness, and accountability. If you are not ready to reflect, learn, and apply these skills, this may not be the right fit at this time.
