Full Day Event -- Daytime and Evening Sessions
Join for the daytime (10AM - 5PM) the evening (5PM - 9PM) or both!
Daytime: Relational Skills Workshop
The daytime session will include a blend of guided workshop elements, a bring and share lunch, and open jam time.
The workshop pieces draw inspiration from Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent, offering structured ways to explore boundaries, communication, and authentic relating. In the morning, we delve into the giving/receiving dynamic, and visit the taking/allowing dynamic in the afternoon. How do these work in trios? Or larger groups? Within a dance?
All this is followed by a free flow jam, with space to practise, play, and follow what feels alive in the moment.
